Very nice location everything available

The breakfast was excellent, offering multiple choices to suit all tastes – from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes and made-to-order options. Every morning felt like a new culinary experience. The location of the property is truly ideal for relaxation. It's peaceful, away from the city noise, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. Whether you're lounging by the pool, enjoying a quiet walk, or simply unwinding with a book, it's the perfect spot to recharge and disconnect from the stress of daily life.

Nothing in this property meets what I expected

The staff ( no staff to help actually) , the cleanliness is below zero!! The apartment is too old and needs maintenance

I really liked that the property was spacious, very close to the beach, and that the staff were very helpful. One staff member in particular, Ahmad, was exceptionally kind and assisted us greatly throughout our stay. Since the breakfast area was a bit far from our apartment, he was especially helpful in arranging transportation and making sure we got there comfortably.

There was one aspect of our stay that I strongly disliked. At reception, when our passports were being checked, the staff member saw my friend’s passport and asked whether it belonged to “the servant.” This assumption was deeply offensive, not only to my friend, but to anyone who assists others and is reduced to such a label. We raised the issue with one of the managers, who apologized sincerely.

Location is great, close to red sea

No instructions on arriving/leaving, kitchenware and cleaning supplies no were to be found, lack of communication. Wi-fi did not work 3/4 of the stay with no way to communicate to anyone. Very disappointed.

nothing, really nothing

I had a very disappointing experience during my 2-night stay at Tala Bay Families Resorts Aqaba. The service was extremely poor, with staff being unhelpful and inattentive to needs. The rooms were not clean at all, with visible dirt and unpleasant odors. The furniture was outdated and in poor condition, making the entire stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, there was no water available at the property, which is completely unacceptable. The rooms are very old and in dire need of renovation. I do not recommend this resort based on my experience.I will send my pictures to the Jordanian Ministry of Tourism.

The AC and wifi can disconnect The facility is residence apartment so they dont have a telephone to call reception at anytime.. more or less self service.. you need to be prepared with your needs

Had a leak in one of the toilets that I told reception about two days in a row. Both days someone was supposed to come fix it but didn't. There was a second toilet so we just used that the rest of the time.

The apartment furniture is very old and needs to be replaced. There is a bad smell of sewage in the apartment. The main pool is not clean.

The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with good facilities, making it a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The breakfast was quite satisfying, and the atmosphere of the residence added to the charm of our stay.One thing to note is that the location is a bit far from Aqaba's downtown, so having transportation is helpful. However, for those looking to enjoy the beach, water sports, or simply some peace and quiet away from the city, it's an excellent choice.The staff were very helpful, and I’d especially like to extend a big thank you to Mr. Waseem Zurub, the owner of one of the Tala Bay apartments, who connected me with his friend Mr. MD Liddawi. Mr. Liddawi went out of his way to ensure our stay was smooth and comfortable, and his hospitality was truly appreciated.

No phone numbers to call front desk or room service or anyone on the premises if need help fast, need to provide the appointment with more bathroom toilet paper.

I had a wonderful stay, and I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mr. Mahmoud Al Marazeeq, the Duty Manager, for his outstanding service. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality and proactive approach truly enhanced my experience. It's rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely caring. Thank you, Mr. Mahmoud, for making my stay so memorable!

It was a great stay, everyone was friendly and helpful, especially the room service and beach club staff, the place is full of great facilities.

The resort site is beautiful and for 10JD per person you can spend the day at the fantastic Movenpich resort next door.The restaurants are generally good and reasonable value.

The apartment is almost perfect but let down by:Faulty bathroom tapBedroom bedside lamps not working, even after bulb change.Leaking shower cubicle floods bathroom floor.Blinds in bedroom are broken so do not lift up to reveal daylight and the nice view.All of this was reported but no attempt was made to help, even just a bedside light would be a help.This is a shame as it lets the apartment down.

I liked the facilities and the beautiful nature

Breakfast was old and smelled bad I shared a video on tiktok showing how limited and not appealing it was. When reception was not answering through out my whole stay from5th to 7th of April. I managed to get the “manager’s” number from the security, and when I voiced my concerns he wasn’t helpful his name is (mahmoud albarazeeli). One female staff was extremely rude to my 55 year old mother and my 3 month old niece. There was leakage in one of the toilets in the house we rented. And two of the AC’s did’t work
